Dear Deep You should get your ultrasound repeated after 1 month. Endometrial cysts are also called endometriomas or chocolate cysts, because they are filled with dark blood resembling chocolate syrup. They are a result of a condition know as endometriosis. Surgery is often used to remove an endometrial cyst to preserve fertility.
