Doctor My last menses is 29th june after that l get usg scan it shows bilateral poly cystic ovary and thick endometrium which medicine l want to take for getting periods and is the best treatment for pcod is what? |

Dear Teena After taking advice from gynecologist you can start CLOMIPHENE CITRATE. Women with PCOS often respond to low doses of clomiphene, with only a 20% ovulation rate at the 50 mg dose seen in women weighing more than 91 kg. Indeed, the degree of PCOS correlates with the dose of clomiphene needed to induce ovulation.58 The higher doses of clomiphene often required may cause side effects and can increase the rate of multiple gestations.
