Dear Ranganathan Generally in laparoscopic ventral hernia surgery any breach in continuity of skin should not be given where actually hernia is already present. Anyway now the conservative treatment should be tried with very good antibiotic. Culture sensitivity of discharge is mandatory. With regard J S Chowhan |
