My name is Devika Mudaliar,daughter of Rajendra Mudaliar, My dad was diagnosed with Colorectal open surgery AR + Hartmann's proceure with colectomy i.e.stoma last October 2012. In the month of decemeber,we came to knew that tumors are spread in liver as well through lymph nodes. So doctor had treated him with 9 cycles of palliative chemotherapy as of now. Now he has loculated collection in pre sacral region about 7.5 cm*5cm.I would kindly request to go through all reports and let us know further treatment in order to remove collection from his body. Patient is suffering from Fever from last 1 week. Kindly let us know further steps. I had attached All reports starting from treatment till now. |

Dear Miss Mudaliar Drainage is necessary because your father is getting fever. However the best person to take advice would be your surgeon who has performed the surgery because physical examination and few investigations are required to completely decide the strategy. With regard J S Chowhan |
