according to the MRI reports of my husband,there is mild straightening of the lumbar lordosis. partial disc dessication changes noted at L4-5 &L5_S1 levels. diffuse disc bulge with posterocentral disc protusion noted at L4-5 level with a sequestrated disc fragment in right paracentral location causing moderate secondary canal stenosis and obliterating the right lateral recess with compression over traversing right nerve root. diffuse disc bulge with right paracentral disc protrusion also noted at L5-S1 level. causing thecal indentation & moderate stenosis of right lateral recess with possible compression over right nerve root. please help.

Dear Neemashukla

Although you have not written anything about the clinical symptoms of your husband and at present he is bed ridden or what? But according to the MRI your husband should go for surgery.
