Hi doctor.
I am a 20year old girl.
My blood pressure whenever checked is always on the 90/60 or a lower range.
Along with that i suffer from orthostatic hypotension (blackout when i stand up),the number being as severe as 20 times a day at times or once or twice or not even once a day. This has been happening since around 5 years. Strangely these blackouts happen mostly only when i am at home...Along with that my neck stiffens,i feel low on energy, head on the backside feels squeezed. Plus my ears also have been ringing everyday since these years. Nowadays they go numb for few seconds rarely as well. Apart from that i had low haemoglobin which after taking medicines has come to normal levels now. Recently i also had been diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency, for which i took injections. I also suffer from eczema, hair thinning. Im not into any phyisical excercise, although i tried that and observed no much difference. My weight is 47kg. It would be great help if ul can clarify my doubts.

Dear Amber

Common causes of low blood pressure include a mush reduced volume of blood, few types of heart disease, and certain medications.

The cause of low blood pressure can be only determined with blood tests, radiologic studies, and cardiac testing to look for arrhythmias.

Treatment of low blood pressure is determined by the cause of the low pressure.

You should consult a physician and get yourself cause of Low BP diagnosed.

With regard

Dear Saheer,
However, even showing one or two symptoms may signal a problem. Low blood pressure can cause the following:
-dizziness
-fainting
-inability to concentrate
-blurred or distorted vision
-nausea
-fatigue
