Last year in February I saw shining red color blood falling through my anus during stools passing. I was greatly worried. I hurried to my physician for the problem who gave me medicine and the blood stopped. Later after 6 months it again happened to my but this time problem has worsened. A part from blood two warts also bulged at the very end of my anus.

Now whenever I eat something spicy blood discharges drop by drop for several days and I feel constant straining all the day long as if my rectum is full. My doctor has advised me to take food with minimum spices. I live in a hostel; an environment in which it is not so easy to get food of your choice.

Please suggest me an advice how to handle this all while I am 32 years old so that I can live the rest of my life in a good way.

Thanks in advance for your compliments

Dear Ahmad Faras

You need hemorrhoidectomy. There is a PPH procedure that uses a circular stapling device to remove hemorrhoidal tissue and close the wound by mucosal anastomosis. No incision is made. In this procedure, the hemorrhoid is lifted and then "stapled" back into place in the anal canal. This PPH surgery is called stapled hemorrhoidopexy. You have less pain after surgery than people who have the traditional hemorrhoid surgery. You can get this surgery done at World Laparoscopy Hospital.
