Dear sir My mother 65 yr, diagnosed (large axial hiatus hernia with mild esophagitis) by endoscopy report. She is on PPI medicine since 2 years. Symptoms like chest burn etc are still continued. My Doctor suggested for surgery. l want treatment with you. If after your tests surgery is needed. |

Dear Manoj The failure of Medical Treatment for Hiatus Hernia is one of the indication of surgery.The investigations required will be Barium Swallow,Upper G I endoscopy and Investigations for Pre Anasthesia Check up.Please get these tests done.You can visit our hospital with your mother and reports and discuss about date of surgery etc. Thanks Dr J S Chowhan |
