Dear Doctor

I have my brother who is 16 yrs old and his right testis is missing since birth and suspected to be located at inguinal canal and , he is already under puberty since few months.

We have done sonography test and report says as below:
****************************
Left testis is normal measure 4.2x2.5 cm in scrotum and good blood flow seen
Right testis is not seen in scrotum, a testis like structure measuring 3.2x1.7 cm seen in inguinal canal, poor blood flow seen
*********************************

Kindly advice the type of best treatment required to avoid any complication or fertility issue in future

Regards,
