My wife have gall stone & CBD stone. After the two month of open Cholecystectomy test of CT scan :- In CT scan report show dilated intrahepatic biliay radical with drain stent seen in situ with mild hypodense collection seen in gall bladder fossa. what is mean this |

Dear Mr Shiv Prasad Gaur, After cholecystectomy and CBD exploration little inflamation and minimal fluid is found in the gallbladder fossa for few month. This is most of the time normal post cholecystectomy finding. You should not worry about that. If you can afford better is to get one MRCP done which will completely rule out any Biliary pathology and it will also help to decide that any remnant stone is there or not in CBD. and stent should be removed safely.
