Dear Mona Fibroids are of three types subserous, intramural and subserous.Except for subserous type the other two types can cause infertility as they can cause indentation or obliteration of the endometrial cavity, where the fertilised egg implants and grow into a foetus. So in case of multiple fibroids the patient has to surgically remove the fibroids those are interfering with the endometrial cavity. You can send your ultrasound or MRI Pelvis report for further advice.
