Sir, My friend has "multiple intramural Fibroids with bulky uterus" as per her sonography result.She is divorcee for last 3 years. First pregnancy terminated in miscarriage in 2 month and in second pregnancy foetus died at 6 month gestation now she is not taking any treatment. She is facing lots of problem of periods its not regular with heavy bleeding for 6-7 days.What is the best treatment for her and after treatment will she have any problem in future married life about child birth. |

Dear Sujit Salve Your friend has multiple intramural fibroids with bulky uterus.These fibroids are the cause of heavy bleeding during the periods.Since she is a divorcee and has plans for remarriage and want to have her own children,you are adviced to get her examined and treated at the earliest.In her case the best tratment will be Laparoscopic Myomectomy,depending on her sonography/MRI reports.You can send these reports for further advice.
