Dear Sir, My age is 32 year and I don't have any baby. After ultrasonically diagnosed my doctor has diagnosed that I have endometriosis. I don't want to get surgery done. I am very afraid, please suggest me some medical treatment of my problem. I have pain also at the time of menses. I have severe pain in my breast also during menses. With regard Kristi |

Dear Kristi The medical management of endometriosis is to have anovulatory cycles or to postpone the menstrual cycles by taking low dose progestrone therapy. You should consult your gynaecologist to advice the proper treatment and to get the ultrasonography to rule out any endometrial hyperplasia or any other lesion.
