My father is 59 years old he has undergone TURP 2 weeks before. After that doctor placed catheter for urine flow, two days before they removed it. Now he's facing problem in urinating. He's again feeling urge to urinate again soon after urinating and dribbling continuously. We're very much worrying about this. Please advice.
P.S. He's a diabetic patient.

Dear Arvi

Please get urine examination done for any infection. All his symptoms can be because of infection. Dribbling or incontinence of urine is common after TURP. The patient is instructed to do perineal exercises for dribbling.

Thanks

With Regards
