Hello! I have a complex cyst with solid and cystic components measuring 5.4 x 3.5 cm. Normal uterus Normal right ovary Laparoscopic surgery prescribed between the fifth and twelfth day of the cycle. Advice me. |

Dear Shruti In work up of the ovarian cyst CA 125 estimation is important marker for ovarian malignancy. MRI pelvis can further help in differentiating Ovarian Dermoid cyst from other complex cysts.
