I have been married for almost three years and have been trying to conceive, but still have no luck. I had several tests done and they told me that I have no problem except for an ovarian cyst. I have been advised to have it removed laparoscopically. The size of the cyst is 4.8 by 5.6 cm. my doctor says it is a complex cyst. Kindly advise on the best possible solution, as preserving my fertility is key. Thanks. |

Dear Michy The best option is to go for Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy with preservation of the ovarian tissue. You should consult any competent Laparoscopic Surgeon. Thanks With Regards Dr J S Chowhan |
