There are bilateral ureteral strictures in both ureters in the middle of the third part while I perform the hysterectomy. According to the gynecologist, it is not because of the surgery, I want to ask if it is possible, the urologist says it is only because of the surgery, but the gynecologist denies it. I have much more confidence in you, since I and my friends and relatives also got a very justified opinion of you. You know my case very well, I have sent you all the papers a long time ago. Also, the urologist recommended that I have a kidney function test at TATA once a year, and said there are chances of cancer in the next few years. kindly give your suggestion or advice on these two points. |

Dear Shreya Nimonkar When were the ureteric strictures diagnosed. Which type of the surgery was done open or laparoscopic. Also get one DTPA Renal scan done for the differential function of both the kidneys. I donot have authority to pass any kind of opinion on any medical complicity or negligence. Priority is that you should get well. Follow the Urologist advice. Thanks With Regards Dr J S Chowhan |
