Dear sir, I was suffering from abdominal pain. It was vague abdominal pain and my doctor suggested abdomen USG. When I had the ultrasound, the abdominal imaging report showed solid or solid cystic masses in the pancreas, mainly in the tail or head of the gland. Please suggest me what should I do.

Dear Chakram Banerjee
The pancreas is very complex organ having both endocrine and exocrine functions. It produces hormons and digestive juices. Various diseases of pancreas can have different presentations. The detailed history of illness, thorough clinical examination and investigations all are needed for diagnosis. So please send the detailed history reports of blood tests and ultrasound and CECT abdomen report for advicing further.

Thanks
With Regards
