Cyst like lump under arm

5 years ago I found a lump under my arm, a year later my doctor told me it was a cyst that I was not worried about ... now 4 years later it started to swell and became extremely tender and painful to the touch, 4 days later It went down in size, yet it is still twice the size it was before. |
