There are three fibroids. One in the fundus,One in anterior wall and one in the posterior wall of the uterus. Symptoms are stomach pain. Back pain. Left leg pain. |

Dear Priya Please provide more details like the age of the patient, no. of children, menstrual history. Also send the scanned copy of the ultrasound report. Small fibroids normally donot cause any symptoms. Bigger fibroids can cause menstrual irregularity , infertility, pain abdomen etc. The treatment of bigger fibroids consist of laparoscopic removal or laparoscopic myomectomy.
