Dear Sir I have Uterus swelling , 2-uterus pain some time mid month or end of month 3- Burning sensation in Urine 4-pain in Fallopian tube some time pain end of month before period Age:26 Baby:no Marriage time: 2 year I want to baby plz give me advise |

Dear Shama The swelling in uterus is indicative of infection in the uterus. You should consult a gynecologist for examination and treatment. If required she may do endometrial biopsy by D&C to rule out any chronic infection. The pain in the middle of the month is because of the ovulation or release of the ovum. Burning in urine can be because of the urinary tract infection. You will also need work up for the primary infertility. If you want any further advice please get relevent investigations done and send the reports. Thanks With Regards Dr J S Chowhan |

Dear Jemil, Many reasons for an enlarged uterus are usually benign (harmless) and will require monitoring but no treatment. However, an enlarged uterus may also be a sign of a potentially serious condition, such as endometrial cancer, a type of uterine cancer. |
