Dear Noori The best treatment for left Ovarian Cyst is to first confirm the nature of the cyst by doing CA 125 marker and ultrasound and MRI scan. If it is a simple benign cyst then Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy is done. In case it is malignant then more extensive surgery is required and depending upon the experience of the surgeon open or laparoscopic surgery may be done.
