Dear Madhukar Gopal Ureteric calculus upto 7-8 mm in size can pass out with conservative treatment, with plenty of oral fluids, Tab. Urimax 0.4 mg OD and antibiotics for Urinary tract infection. Patient may require analgesics for pain management. Skipping also helps in passage of the stone. Thanks with Regards Dr J S Chowhan |
