No free spill of contrast into the peritoneum, distal scarring on the right with contained contrast along the ovary. Venous back flow on the left. Uterine synechia. Please explain to me what this means and will this prevent me from having more kids? Husband and I are trying to conceive. Thank you. |

Dear Rebecca Carrere For getting pregnant both the fallopian tubes should be patent i.e, they should be open. Synechia means adhesions. You have only mentioned uterine synechia but not specified adhesions to what structure. you need to undergo Diagnostic laparoscopy with tubal Patency test with adhesiolysis.
