Pain in the left abdomen (above groin)

I've been having this pain since childhood. The pain is extreme that I am unable to do any physical work without painkillers. I am now 41 years old. |

Dear Vandana It is very difficult to diagnose without examination and investigation. You should consult any surgeon or gynecologist for examination and diagnosis. Most commonly chronic constipation may cause pain in the left flank. Thanks With Regards Dr J S Chowhan |
