Hello! My left testicle has bunch of cord like structures when compared to my right and my left testicle hangs lower than my right. Do I need to worry? Is there any problem? |

Dear Prashanth Suares As per your description it appears to be Varicocoel of the left Testis. Varicocoel means that spermatic veins surrounding the testis are tortuous and engorged. This may give you some dragging sensation and in some cases result in reduction in sperm count. The treatment of this condition is Varicocelectomy which can be performed by open or laparoscopic Surgery. Thanks Dr J S Chowhan |
