Persistant left vericocele

Dr sahib I am veterinarian from amritsar.I was operated for left sided grade four vericocele in january 2014 but it didn't regress at all and its grading is still four.Vericocele on right side is grade 1 .Dr sahib I am planning to get it operated from your hospital. My main problem is sperm motility which is very low at 5%.Sperm count is 50,60 million/ml.kindly guide me. Regards Dr j s maan |

Dear Dr Mann The poor motility of the sperms can be because of some morphological defects. So please get your semen analysis and sperm morphology studies done from reliable and reputed pathology lab.
