What are the advantages of Laparoscopic surgery for inguinal hernia. Which Hernia by Laparoscopy is better TEP or TAPP. Please suggest me. |

Dear Rajiv The advantages of the laparoscopic Surgery for Inguinal Hernia include decrease in postoperative pain and faster recovery along with low recurrence rates besides this bilateral inguinal hernia and recurrent inguinal hernia are treated better with Laparoscopic Surgery.In one study the authors found less early postoperative pain after TAPP in other studies there are insufficient data to draw any significant conclusions regarding what is better TAPP or TEP.
