I will be 18 in few months but but I have no beard growth.just a bit of hair 4-5 can be seen under chin and there are few at base of neck.I have some curved chest with larger nipples .I have lot of pubic hair and under armpits.i can see some hair just starting to grow above and on abdomen.lower legs full with hair.I m much tall but a few colleagues are taller than me .my father was a late bloomer and he also lot tall.
My childhood was OK.but in primary classes at school I was shy and often different from other boys ..I was not at all good at sports.I used to play but I was sluggish and had belly fat. In later childhood I was often called girlish and I liked to live alone mostly.I had many friends but I was last preference of my friends. I was good at studies and no problem with speech but I find walking difficult till now. I lain sideways while walking and m not confident of my body.I never do exercise and eat a lot of junk food.I lived a really careless and happy life in childhood.after about 12 years I was often called gay.I liked to talk to girls al lot and had less interest in boy company..my teacher also asked me to stop acting like girlish. My parents and relatives also say I am girlish and shy. I am tired all day and physical practical at school was the thing I dreaded most. I started having homo thoughts ...I also got trauma in accident and from then I don't have homo thoughts .I like girls and I studied a lot .I got depression and went to doctor after two years of accident .antidepressants were god to me but after taking lexapro I turned childish careless and gayish again but now I am hetero again .I was reading about Klinefelter and I m worried because most of symptoms match for me . I think I have soft and weak body .increased breasts.wider pelvic girdle.my testes are 3.6 inch girth and 1.6 inch length ..moreover I don't have even forehead baldness .I have long legs just as my dad has. I am not called girlish or gayish after I had trauma but I remain dead tired all day. I have 5.3 inch erect penis and normal length is hands and feet. I remain often confused and I can't make decisions or commitments.I have some but very little girlish attitude and no one in high school calls me girlish now. My testes are not usually hanging down.penis flacid size is really small. Tell me if I am a klinefelter??? Please reply fast. I am a lot worried.I have some moustache .and my chest was never flat since childhood .I always had belly fat. I feel less like a man too. I get nervous without shirt.

Dear Andy
Klinefelter syndrome occurs as a result of a random error that causes a male to be born with an extra sex chromosome. Of the 46 human chromosomes, the two sex chromosomes determine a person's sex. In females, both sex chromosomes are X (written as XX). Males have an X and a Y sex chromosome (XY).

Most often, Klinefelter syndrome occurs because of one extra copy of the X chromosome in each cell (XXY). Extra copies of genes on the X chromosome can interfere with male sexual development and fertility.

Some males with Klinefelter syndrome have the extra X chromosome only in some of their cells (mosaic Klinefelter syndrome). Rarely, a more severe form of Klinefelter can occur if a male has more than one extra copy of the X chromosome.

Klinefelter syndrome isn't an inherited condition. Rather, the additional sex chromosome results from a random error during the formation of the egg or sperm or after conception.

SYMPTOMS IN MEN
Infertility
Small testicles and penis
Taller than average stature
Weak bones
Decreased facial and body hair
Enlarged breast tissue
Decreased sex drive

TESTS DONE TO DIAGNOSE KLINEFELTER SYNDROME
Hormone testing. Blood or urine samples can reveal abnormal hormone levels that are a sign of Klinefelter syndrome. The doctor may take samples to be evaluated in the lab.
Chromosome analysis. Also called karyotype analysis, this test is used to confirm a diagnosis of Klinefelter syndrome. It's usually done by taking a blood sample for laboratory examination to check the shape and number of chromosomes.

So you get yourself tested.

Thanks
