Dear Deb kumar Roy
At present you appear to be well controlled on medical management for enlarged prostate. The renal cyst appear to be in Bosniak Type 3. The chances of malignancy in Class 3 cyst ranges from 40 to 70 percent. So it is advisable to consult a urologist and get a CT Scan done and discuss the further management.

Thanks
With Regards
