Dear Sid gaurav
Your problem is in the begining stages. The criteria for Fundolication is 24 Hrs increase in Gastric acid production and pH, Esophagus shortening, decreased tone of the gastric esophageal sphincter, manometry of the body of the esophagus etc. If your symptoms are controlled with medical therapy do not go for surgery. Only if medical treatment fails then surgery is adviced.

Thanks
With Regards

Dear Jannat,
When appearing shortly after a meal, nausea or vomiting may be caused by food poisoning, gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining), an ulcer, or bulimia. However, certain food- borne bacteria, such as salmonella, can take longer to produce symptoms.
