I have a 35 years old female single patint who presented by persistent breast pain and multiple tiny cysts in the breast FNAC revealed intracystic papillary lesion what is your advice for management |

Dear Rania Mostafa As per your reports the patient is suffering from Fibroadenosis which is benign disease. Please get it examined by a surgeon and he shall prescribe treatment consisting of antiestrogens, pain killer and breast support. Thanks With Regards Dr J S Chowhan |
