latest TVS showed normal anteverted uterus with myoma nodules,two subserous, midcorpus, and one intramural, and normal sized ovaries.hssg result shows left adnexal.mass near left ovary consider tubo ovarian complex. no.spillage into both adnexal areas.turbulence noted in endometrial cavity upon introduction of 30cc fluid.adnexal mass is 2.51 x |

Dear Richie The report of the Transvaginal ultrasound tells me about multiple fibroids in the uterus and left Tubo ovarian mass. HSG shows that both the tubes are also blocked. You have not mentioned about the patient complaints. Her marital status and if married then the no. of children etc. Moreover please get one MRI pelvis done for further advice.
