dear Dr., I am Dr. vibha mall, dentist from India, currently residing in Abu Dhabi (UAE) AGE- 28yrs, married since 1 1/2yr, no children I have diagnosed with endrometrioma on both ovaries 8.6-8.1 on right side 1.5- 2.1 on left side. can you please tell me the best possible treatment and its estimated cost in India. here laparoscopy treatment is available but it is too costly. so I want to done it from india. thank you. best regards, Dr. vibha mall |

Dear Dr Vibha The best treatment for bilateral Endometrial cyst is the Laparoscopic Excision of the Endometrioma. The estimated cost of the surgery will be Rs. 1,25,000/-. After surgery the patient should try to get pregnant as soon as possible. Thanks With Regards Dr J S Chowhan |
