hypoechoic masses on both anterior and posterior wall of the uterus largest of size 26*25mm in anterior wall and largest of size 27*25mm in posterior wall

Dear Aarti Sharma
Please write about your complaints and symptoms to advice further. However if your menses are regular and family is completed these fibroids can be monitored regularly after every 3 months with ultrasound and left alone.
