I am 56, diabetic, has been diagnosed with fungal sinusitus disease, hypothyroid, hypertension, BMI 39-40. can I send my CT scan and test reports. I am in Calgary Canada,back home from Shimla, antibiotics and anti fungal shows no results, obs sleep apnea- non compliance of CPAP |

Dear Kul You are in the category of obese people. Sleep Apnea can also be attributed to the obesity. In my opinion you should undergo Sleeve Gastrectomy operation to lose weight. This will cure diabetes , hypertension and sleep apnea. As regards fungal sinusitis please send CT scan and other reports for evaluation. Thanks With Regards Dr J S Chowhan |
