Dear Sadique Any cyst more than 8.00 cm in size should be monitored with Ultrasonography every 3 monthly. Moreover CA 125 should also be done. In your case one of the cyst is more than 10 cms. So it is required that you plan for surgical removal of the cysts. Thanks With Regards Dr J S Chowhan |
