shalini	a sonagraphy report says, a well defined hypoechoic mass measuring 93x75x71 is seen in pelvis left laterral to uterus. at present patint has no problem even periods are normal. please suggest whether to go for surgery or not . if yes than what type of surgury . patient age is 44. can uterus be saved by mymectomy
