HELLO DR BHANOT, I AM AN OPHTHALMIC SURGEON AGED 45. I LIVE IN LUCKNOW.I HAVE HAD RECURRENT PERI-ANAL ABSCESS 3 TIMES, INCISED & DRAINED BUT HE TRACT COULD NOT BE REMOVED. NOW I HAVE A LOW FISTULA WITH AN EXTENSION TRACT ABOUT 6 CM LONG GOING UPTO THE LEVEL OF LEVATOR ANI AND REMAINING EXTERNAL TO THE EXTERNAL SPHINCTER. I WANT THIS TO BE CURED AS IT IS AFFECTING MY WORK BADLY. CAN THIS BE TREATED WITH VAAFT? WHEN CAN I SEE YOU? DO YOU DO OPD ON SATURDAYS/SUNDAYS? AN EARLY REPLY WILL BE APPRECIATED. |

Dear Dr Manjula VAAFT is done for low fistula in ano. But it is not good for recurrent fistula. You get MRI Pelvis with fistule in Ano coil done and send the report to us. We are available from Monday to Saturday between 9am to 4pm. Thanks With Regards Dr J S chowhan |
