Normal sized uterus with a regular serosal outline and a homogenous myometrial echo texture. There is a small hypoechoic mass located in the anterior intramural wall measuring 12mm in diameter. The endometrial plate is of normal thickness. No evidence of cyesis. Both adnexae and the POD are free. |

Dear oluwatoyin oduniyi, 12mm of the intramural Myoma is generally not a cause of infertility and any treatment is not required. However you have not mentioned your symptom. with regards Nidhi |
