Dear Charles If your varicocele is not creating any problem surgery is not required. If it is symptomatic then you should consider laparoscopic varicocelectomy surgery. Laparoscopic varicocelectomy has been established to be a safe and effective treatment for varicoceles. Robotic surgery has been introduced recently as an alternatively. Dear Srinath, -a lump in one of your testicles. -swelling in your scrotum. -visibly enlarged or twisted veins in your scrotum, which are often described as looking like a bag of worms. -a dull, recurring pain in your scrotum. |
