enlarged ovary for 5 years

My right ovary is enlarged from 2010. And still is now accompany by weight loss and urinary urgency. And sick abdomen feelings, that never go down with medications and and I develop urinary urgency because of this. |

Dear Shannette, You haven't mentioned the size of ovary and it is not clear what is the reason of enlarged ovary, is it because of cyst or any other pathalogical problem. With regards Nidhi |
