My GERD became more advanced in the last years and medications stopped working. Doctors advised doing Nissen 360, but I can not tolerate two important test which are monametry and PH 24hrs test. The size of my hernia is 3X4 cm.The doctor told me they can perform the surgery with out those tests. Is this a good advise? |

Dear Sarah, You should get laparoscopic Fundoplication although it will be a good idea to get 24 hr ambulatory dual pro pH manometry and oesophageal manometry. With regards Nidhi |
