Stone in Gallbladder and gallbladder burst

My mother age is around 46 and she has gallbladder cancer. She has a stone in gallbladder with Rupture of Gallbladder (Gallbladder burst). She is too much overweight and doctors said its high risk of laparoscopy or any surgery. Kindly suggest what can we do for her improvement as she is diabetic patient also. |

Dear Anuradha If gallbladder is burst than immediate surgery is required. Of course her medical condition makes it a high risk surgery but surgery has to be done. She may need ERCP also and stent will be introduced in CBD. You should send all the reports of MRCP and LFT etc.. then only we can properly advice you. |
