Hello Dr, I am 27 year old not married and I was operated for hysteroscopic myomectomy/laproscopy on November 20, 2013 and after that I was perfectly fine and not had any issue with the periods also till 4 months. As my cycle starts on 21 of every month, but in month of march it started on 23 and finished on 28 and then again on 10th of April spotting started (4 to 5 days). From the month of march the spotting is continuous but in the month of June there were no spotting. I consult with Dr also, as per her suggestion it was a hormonal changes so she told me to just monitor it for one more month but it doesn't stop, then again I consulted her and she was saying that I need an operation again to remove the remaining part of fibroid. I am very worried about this and don't want to be operated again, Till the month of may 2014 the size was 21*14mm which shows no changes in the size but the problem is still there. again I get an utra sound which show increase in size i.e. 48*37mm in size Please advice. |

Dear Shobhna, You need to get Laparoscopic Hysteroscopic Myomectomy done again to remove the left fibroid. With regards Nidhi |
