suspective post laparotomy adhesions

i had open surgery (laparotomy) in oct. 2002(video available) because of obstruction. during surgery surgeon remove some adhesions near splenic flexur some at pyloric end and remove a mega size appendix. at present i am suffering from all time pain in abdomen and feel every time pulling and stretching somthing right side and inside in abdomen also incomplete evacuation hardly passing gas and feeling massive discomfort every time and never sleep in left side position due to discomfort and mutch more problems i can not explain. use of laxative create that condition worse please advise me what can i do. every doctor confused me some say post operative adhesions some ibs, some dysmotility.all radiologist also confused. in ct abdomen report loss of haustration in left colon but barium enema and colonoscopy say normal study please advise me what can i do. |

Dear Mr Sharma Your case is complicated and need thorough examination. You should come with akk the report and video of previous surgery and consult Dr R K Mishra. It may be necessary to do one more diagnostic laparoscopy. With regard Nidhi |
