Dear Jitendra, You need to get surgery of piles done. You may come to World Laparoscopy Hospital for the surgery. You can be treated by PPH stapler here, which is the best way to treat piles. With regards Nidhi |

Hello Alija, After your surgery, be sure to drink ample fluids, avoid straining with a bowel movement, and eat foods high in fiber even after your recovery. Avoid food you know to be constipating, such as cheese. |
