Itiching after urinating

Question for Urologist: I’m 63 years old Asian male. After urinating itching starts on balls skin(below the penis) due to remaining droplets discharge. My GP had my urine examined and said that skin itching was due to Bacterial infection and prescribed a couple of medicines. . I feel no pain or blockage during urinating .My pH was 7 and color slightly yellow. I need a second opinion, pls advise if above diagnose is Okay or I need further tests done. Dear Farooq Wassim You should also consider ring worm infection. That area of skin of scrotum is very prone to fungal infection. You can try Betnovate GM ointment twice daily for few days it will take care of your bacterial as well as ring worm infection. With regard Sadhana |

Dear Nahida, If you have vaginal itch along with urinary symptoms such as burning with urination, urinary frequency, and urinary urgency, you may have both a urinary tract infection (UTI) and a vaginal infection. Vaginal itch isn't a common UTI symptom, but it's possible to have two infections at once. |
