Uterous cyst, I don't want to do open surgery that's why I want your esteem suggestion. please advise

I am 44 yrs having Ovarian Cyst in left Overy having size 7.89cm x 5.25 cm. As per the USG report right ovary measures 2.72 cm, & left ovary measures 4.70 cm. Multiple myomas are seen at the fundus and body region including a another similar one also noted at the same location in the left half (2.72 cm). Small intramural myoma seen posteriorly at the fundus region (1.20 cm ) |

Dear P.dutta, You need to get Laparoscopic Cystectomy and Laparoscopic Myomectomy to treat your cyst and myoma. Laparoscopy will be an ideal surgery to treat these as the recovery is fast. With regards Nidhi |
