Dear Sir/Madam, We are try for a baby from last 1 year and we did almost every test that our doc suggested , We did HSG, Semen analysis and more and every thing is normal yet. My wife go through IUI for 3 times but nothing happened . No we consult to new doctor and he suggested to do few test like AMH,EBPCR and after the result of these test they decide to go for laparoscopy or not. I want to know that Is Laparoscopy is necessary after the result of AMH test and if yes then after Laparoscopy what the percentage to get conceive and if not then whats the next step.Actually we don't like to have any surgery until its not required Kindly assist me that the approach taken by my new doc. is good or we consult to some one else before go through Laparoscopy. Dear Shaksham Mishra, You should get Diagnostic Laparoscopy surgery done to check where the problem is. If we get any tube blockage then we can treat it there itself by Laparoscopic Tubal Recanalization Surgery. You can come to World Laparoscopy Hospital with your reports for consultant. Dear Ilasha, Some of the early signs and symptoms of pregnancy go away when you're 4 months pregnant. Nausea usually lessens. But other digestive problems like heartburn and constipation may be troublesome. |
